Thursdays With Janet Fletcher

Every Thursday, food writer and cheese expert Janet Fletcher writes a column called The Cheese Course for the San Francisco Chronicle. Her weekly discussions of various domestic and foreign cheeses are a great way to learn about cheeses you haven't heard of, or understand more about those you have tried but haven't explored in depth...she often talks about the history and culture that produced the cheese, and now and then throws in a little something about how the cheese is made, if it's relevant.
