Washington State University Creamery will be offering a variety of cheesemaking courses in the upcoming months. Several types of courses will be offered for people of varying skill levels and abilities. For beginners and cheese enthusiasts, the Basic Plus Cheesemaking Course will be offered in Lynden, WA (near Bellingham) in February; a one day exploratory course will also be offered in April in Eugene, OR. For experienced commercial cheesemakers, the Creamery will offer its Cheesemaking Shortcourse in March and an advanced Pasteurization course in April - both of these professional courses will be held at the WSU Creamery in Pullman, WA.
