Washington sheep farmers are holding an online auction to support Brad and Meg Gregory of Black Sheep Creamery. Featured products include beautiful wool, knitted hats, scarves and other handcrafted items, and an assortment of other products. For those of you who are into fiber arts, this is your chance to buy gorgeous wools directly from the farm... and much of the wool comes from a designated animal. For example, the wool pictured in the photo is from Nutmeg the sheep. How cool is that? Or you might select Fjona's wool, or Ginger's.
To participate, simply go to the auction website and look at all of the great stuff, then place a bid by emailing the administrator (see instructions once you're at the site). Bids are being accepted through January 20th, and all proceeds from the sale go directly to the Gregorys.
